Kofi Tuglo has always felt most at home in Africa. Years of travelling for work took him across the continent, and on most of those trips he arrived as a guest. Wherever he went, the welcome was warm. What varied, property to property, was whether that warmth was matched by a consistent, trained standard of service.
He founded Kofrich on that observation: the warmth was already there, and the standard could be built and taught alongside it. Today that same approach is delivered on-site, property by property, across South Africa and Ghana.
